Our company is a professional engaged in research and development, production of solid-liquid separation machinery science and technology joint-stock high-tech enterprise. At the Zhejiang University and the Tongji University in Shanghai under the support of the company, I spent two years developing a comprehensive incineration sludge disposal system. This system uses the incinerator, conveying equipment by increasing drying equipment and facilities, the use of incineration flue gas furnace waste heat, the moisture content of about 80% of the sludge drying to a certain extent, directly to participate in direct combustion in the burning furnace, to a depth of harmless, stabilization, reduction, combustion has wide adaptability, combustion high efficiency, large load regulation scope and clean burning, its technology is simple, practical. The system can make 90% of the sludge combustion process, the remaining 10% residue can be used for making bricks.
